UniFi Mobile Router is a compact device with wide power options, two LAN ports, WiFi and LTE Cat4 modem. One of the pair of gigabit ethernets also supports the PoE-out function. Power options are via a USB-C connector or a 4-pin connector. The router can be mounted directly on the wall with the included bracket or on a DIN rail using an additional intermediate piece, which is also included in the package. You can connect wirelessly at a frequency 2.4GHz with a maximum line speed 150Mbps. The LTE modem reaches category 4, which means speeds up to 150/50Mbps. You connect to the mobile operator’s network using your own nanoSIM. GPS and WiFi antennas are integrated inside the router, LTE antennas are detachable, the SIM slot is hidden under the antennas. The maximum consumption of the device itself is 5.7W. The device is managed locally via a web interface, and the manufacturer also offers remote management through the UniFi Mobility Manager portal, which is, however, subject to a fee.
