Available in lengths of 1000 ft (305 m), UC-C6-CMP is Category 6 UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) cabling that supports speeds of up to 1 Gbps. It uses 23 AWG solid copper conductor pairs and an anti-crosstalk divider, which improves pair isolation. CMP (Communications Multipurpose cable, Plenum) cabling is for use in plenum areas where air is typically circulated in a building.
